6.1. The warranty period of the main part of this product is one year, and the ultrasonic warranty is 3 months.
6.2. Before the machine is shipped from the factory, we will ask the customer to check and confirm the whole machine. The contents of the acceptance include the machine's performance, fluency, production capacity, and yield rate. If the equipment needs to be re-debugged due to improper transportation or other human factors after leaving the factory, our company can provide paid services. The specific service price will be separately agreed according to market conditions or agreed by the contract;
6.3. The machine should be noted when handling: it is best to use a forklift or crane when handling. When using the forklift or crane, you should hold the bottom of the machine, but pay special attention not to press the cable. When carrying on level ground, it can be carried by manual hydraulic truck or directly pushed by the caster of the machine. In order to prevent the four casters on the bottom of the machine from being stressed for a long time, after transporting the machine to the designated position, the four feet on the bottom of the machine should be fixed to support the machine.
6.4. When turning on the power, check whether the main power line is correct.
6.5. Before the adjustment, installation and adjustment of each part, the power switch must be turned off, or the safety switch must be pressed to confirm and implement it to ensure the safety of the operator and the equipment.
6.6. After adjusting each part, the screws and nuts must be locked to avoid loosening, which can ensure the stability of the printing effect and extend the reliability and life of the mechanical equipment.
6.7. In case of emergency or abnormal situation, the safety switch should be pressed immediately, the machine will stop running to maintain the safety of the operator or protect the equipment from damage.
6.8. The adjustable screw parts on the machine table are lubricated with mechanical oil.
6.9. Please add lubricating oil to the moving parts of the machine regularly.
6.10. Please use the device according to the requirements of the device environment.
6.11. The continuous production time per day shall not exceed 22 hours.
6.12. Make sure that the ultrasonic cooling fan and knife mold cooling fan are always in working state during production operations;
7. Equipment usage environment
7.1. The ambient temperature is required to be normal temperature.
7.2. Humidity requirement is 40% -80%. There is no condensation and a dehumidifier should be installed.
7.3. Power grid requirements: 220V / 50Hz or 220V / 60Hz.
7.4. Fluctuation of power supply grid: ± 5%, grid ground meets international requirements. In areas where the voltage amplitude is above 5%, electronic automatic voltage stabilizing and current stabilizing devices should be installed.
7.5. There should be no strong electromagnetic signal interference near the installation equipment. Avoid radio transmitting stations (or relay stations) around the installation site.
7.6. Foundation amplitude: less than 50um; vibration acceleration: less than 0.05g. Avoid a lot of machine tools such as stamping nearby. The space requirements of the equipment must be smoke-free and dust-free, to avoid working environments with serious dust such as metal polishing and grinding.
7.7. Air pressure: ≥0.6MPa.
7.8. In some environments, anti-static floors should be installed, and shielding should be strengthened.
8. Normal maintenance of equipment
8.1. The production workshop using the machine should be kept neat and clean.
8.2. The appearance of the machine should be kept neat and clean, requiring frequent scrubbing.
8.3. The sliding parts of the machine should always be filled with non-polluting lubricant.
8.4. When not using the machine for a long time, cover the machine to prevent dust.
8.5. When the machine is not used for a long time, the input power of the machine should be cut off.
8.6. When the machine is not used for a long time, the rusty part of the machine should be coated with protective oil.
9. Installation, commissioning and training
9.1. Unless otherwise required in writing, the acquirer is responsible for receiving, unpacking, and transporting the unit to the installation site; and preparing related electricity and gas to the installation site.
9.2. The supplier is responsible for equipment installation, commissioning and system integration.
9.3. After the installation is completed, the two parties will conduct small batch trial production of their equipment, and the small batch trial production is qualified and approved by the purchaser before being put into formal mass production.
9.4. The supplier provides free training for the relevant personnel on the demand side. The content includes the normal use of equipment, maintenance, fault analysis and troubleshooting, operation safety and emergency procedures.
